    SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 139                                                                                  
    "An Act repealing a limitation on the liability of certain airfield

Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
SSSB 139 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                                                              
adopting the Judiciary House Committee Substitute (page 1728).
